Consultant Beauty Therapist Position Available.

A fully qualified and experienced professional is wanted to work three full days initially, building to five.

The right candidate will have great customer care skills as well as exceptional beauty therapy skills. Their demeanour means clients will naturally feel comfortable and nurtured by them and be able to receive helpful advice on products.They are open to working as part of a team and engage willingly in all the duties of the team. Clients always come first. They are passionate and find their career fulfilling.

The perfect candidate has great initiative and creativity. They give feedback and come up with innovative ideas to help grow the business as well as themselves. Regular team meetings allow their creative ideas to be heard and worked on, as well as their feedback to ideas from other team members is welcomed too.They learn quickly and give their own time to their own learning and growth by revising any procedures or product knowledge needed to fulfil their obligations to Perfect Elegance customers.

They work well within the Perfect Elegance team and are happy to help out when required. They are amiable, friendly, caring and loyal. They are self motivated and use initiative to get on by themselves.

The right person is ambitious and determined to move on with their career and to work with others to get there. This person would be looking to move on to manage and teach within Perfect Elegance in the future.

I have won three prestigious national titles of ‘Nail Professional of the Year’ at the British Beauty and Spa Awards, I am an educator for one of the biggest nail product manufacturers and I have a passion for my craft.
