All prices, treatments and information are correct at the time of posting this website and are subject to revision without notice. Deposits are required for some treatments. Courses are not transferable, and are valid for 6 months only.

Mobile Phones

Please be aware of other customers when it comes to phones. Wherever possible please switch mobile phones to silent mode or off before & during your visit to the salon.

Cancellations

It is our company policy to charge for missed appointments and late notice cancellations. 

Both of these greatly affects our sustainability as a small company and also prevents other clients from being able to book these appointment times. 

If you do need to cancel or change your appointment, we do requie at least 24 hours notice, otherwise, there maybe a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments will be charged at the full price of the appointment booked.

Where multiple treatments are booked at the same appointment time, we also require at least 24 hours notice to amend or cancel all or part of the booking. If 24 hours notice is not given then the above terms also apply.

Treatments taking 2 hours or longer or over the value of £50 may be asked for a deposit to secure booking

Vouchers or pre paid appointments that are missed will result in losing the value of voucher or credit.

As a salon, we do not offer cash refunds. A credit note/voucher will be given.

Punctuality & Courtesy

As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time. We will endeavour to carry out what we can within the time slot allocated, or suggest a re-booking. If we have to re-book your appointment, ther may be a cancellation fee. All times stated include preparation of room and client.

Consultation

We are aware that sometimes it may be confusing as to which treatment best suites your specific requirements. We offer you up-to-date information and advice with a complimentary, no obligation, consultation in the strictest of confidence whether you are new to us or a long standing client.

Hygiene

Salon Hygiene is, of course, the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness, all our sterilisation, disinfection and sanitisation of our equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can either be brought in multiples of £5.00 or for specific treatments. Treatment gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and can be used on beauty treatments only at Perfect Elegance salons unless specified. There is no cash redemption.

Payment

Methods of payment accepted are – cash, debit cards or cheque as well as most Credit Cards. BACS transfers are accepted once you have become an established client.

General Treatment Advice – Very Important Information

Food – Always allow at least 1 hour to digest your meals before having body treatments.

Alcohol – Never consume alcohol before any treatment.

Medical Conditions – If you have any of the following it is essential to tell your therapist before your treatment as some
treatments are prohibited if you suffer from these conditions:

* Pacemaker
* Heart Condition
* Diabetes
* Allergies
* Epilepsy
* Contact Lenses
* Pregnancy
* Metal Plates / Pins / Coil

Waxing

Do not have heat treatments or undertake exercise (e.g. sauna, sunbed, Jacuzzi, workout, or swim etc.) Less than 8 hours before or 24 hours after your wax. Avoid wearing “Best” underwear for Bikini wax. Avoid normal deodorants
24 hours after under arm wax.
